Forest Yoga is gentle and focuses on gradually improving overall wellbeing by developing flexibility, strength and reducing stress levels
Led by Lisa Whitehouse, qualified yoga and mindfulness teacher, classes take place under the canopy of the stunning trees. This is a small and friendly group where no experience is required, and everyone is welcome
