Forestry England Camping competition

*Forestry England Campsites include: Bracelands Campsite, Sherwood Pines Campsite, Postern Hill Campsite, Rendlesham Campsite  (opening April 2025) and 10 sites at Camping New Forest. 

Terms and conditions vary between campsites, see full T&Cs for further details. 

1. Valid entries are those submitted via the form on this page before the set deadline of midnight on Monday 31 March 2025. 
2. A maximum of one entry per person will be accepted. If more than one entry is made, only the first entry will be accepted. Entries made through agents, third parties, organised groups or any entry duplication method will not be accepted. 
3. There is no cash alternative to the prizes stated, and the prizes are not transferable. No part or parts of the prize may be substituted for other benefits, items or additions. If winners are unable to take the prize for whatever reason a redraw will take place. 
4. The competition is open to UK residents, but not to employees of Forestry England, Sherwood Pines Camping Ltd,Ltd, Rendlesham Camping Ltd or Camping New Forest Ltd, nor their families, agencies or anyone associated with the competition. You may not enter this prize draw if you are under 18 years old. 
5. The closing date for the competition is Monday 31 March 2025, any entries after this date will not count, but your information may still be collected. 
6. Winners will be picked at random from all valid entries and notified within 14 days of the closing date. 

7. The winner must book and take their camping stay at their chosen campsite by 30/09/2025.

8. Forestry England's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered in to. 
9. Entry implies acceptance into these terms and conditions. The entry instructions form part of the terms and conditions. By entering, you accept to and be bound by the terms and conditions. 
10. There is one main winner who will receive a prize bundle consisting of: one two-night stay for up to six people on a grass-only camping pitch at either Sherwood Pines Campsite, Bracelands Campsite, Postern Hill Campsite, Rendlesham Campsite or one of 10 New Forest campsites operated by Camping New Forest Ltd (excluding bank holiday weekends); one Forestry England national membership, one £200 Go Outdoors gift card, Forest Walkies with Wallace and Gromit trail pack and one We The Forest illustrated book.
11. two-night Forestry England Camping stay can be redeemed at Sherwood Pines Camping, Bracelands Camping, Postern Hill Camping, Rendlesham Camping or one of 10 sites at New Forest Camping (excluding Long Meadow)
    1. prize includes two-night stay on any pitch type
    2. bookings in pre-erected glamping tents, pods or cabins excluded
    3. subject to availability
    4. excludes Bank Holiday weekends (Fri/Sat/Sun)
    5. maximum of one unit (tent, caravan, motorhome, etc, no larger than 8m x 5m) 
    6. gazebos not included but can be booked and charged at an additional supplement (prices vary across all campsites)
    7. maximum of two adults
    8. includes up to four children/infants
    9. maximum two dogs, where dogs are permitted on site. Not all campsites allow dogs, please check individual campsite details before booking.
    10. valid until 30/09/2025
    11. cannot be exchanged for any monetary value
    12. can be used as a standalone booking or to add the free nights to a longer duration or existing booking
    13. does not qualify as a valid stay for the camping loyalty card scheme in operation at Sherwood Pines, Bracelands or Postern Hill campsites.

12. Forestry England reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value should circumstances outside its control make this necessary. 

13. Forestry England reserves the right to cancel, amend, withdraw, terminate or temporarily suspend this promotion in the event of unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside its control, with no liability to any entrants or third parties but will use all reasonable endeavours to avoid consumer disappointment. 

14.  Go Outdoors gift card will be sent directly to the winner. T&Cs apply:
