Horse riding at Alice Holt
Horse riding at Alice Holt
Alice Holt provides some fantastic places to ride your horse. From May 2025 equestrians can enjoy riding off bridleway on permissive routes throughout Alice Holt Forest without requiring any permit from Forestry England or TROT. Shared use of the forests requires patience and respect for fellow visitors. Please adhere to any no go areas.
Commercial activity or carriage drivers requiring barrier access will still need to apply for a permission via enquiries.aliceholt@forestryengland.uk
Horse Box parking will continue to be available at Abbots Wood Car Park. Please visit www.forestryengland.uk/abbotts-wood-farnham for current parking tariffs.
