Nordic Walking at Alice Holt

Come and try Nordic Walking at Alice Holt Forest

Nordic Walking is a full-body exercise that's easy on the joints and suitable for all ages and fitness levels. It also has the added benefit of burning 20-40% more calories than normal walking!

Alice Holt Forest Nordic Walking is a friendly and welcoming group who enjoy exercising outdoors and in the beautiful surroundings of the Forest all year round.  Walks are led by a team of Forestry England volunteers.

These sessions are for those who have completed a Nordic Walking Beginners' course and hold a Nordic Walking UK FREEDOM card. Find other forests to do Nordic Walking here.
