About Forest Runner
Forest Runner is a unique opportunity for runners to train, explore, and connect with nature while taking on a virtual 5k or 10k challenge - or both.
Hosted on Strava, this initiative encourages participants to experience the benefits of running in the beautiful forests managed by Forestry England. Whether new to running or an experienced athlete, participants can enjoy well-marked trails, set personal goals, and reap the mental and physical benefits of running in nature.
