3km running route at Cannock Chase

This is a relatively flat, circular 3k route on well surfaced trails, ideal for those new to running or just getting back into it. The route includes turn back options for those wanting to run either 1km or 2km.

You will enjoy magnificent views of Fairoak Valley and pools where this wet, woodland habitat is an important home to many wildlife species such a white-clawed crayfish and kingfishers. You may also see Canada geese that are often seen around the Fairoak pools.
