Fishing at Cogra Moss

Cogra Moss provides a great opportunity for you to fly fish for trout from the bank and natural islands.

There are a variety of lies, including gravel and stony beds, sand banks, shallow bays and deeper channels. Waders are recommended.

There is a well-established Brown Trout population and Rainbow Trout are stocked monthly throughout the season.

A permit is required for fishing on the reservoir.
