CaniCross Couch to 5K at Alice Holt Forest

CaniCross Couch to 5K 

The purpose of this course is to introduce novice dogs and handlers to CaniCross. The goal is to safely progress complete novices to jogging 30 mins non-stop (up to 5km) with their dogs. The course fee includes permissions to use Alice Holt Forest, but you will be required to pay car parking if you using Alice Holt's onsite car park (prices vary year round). Suitable for any fully matured dogs . This is typically around the age of one year old, but may vary as dogs mature and grow at different speeds. We would strongly recommend that you seek advice and guidance from your vet if in any doubt.
