

Come to a wellbeing day at Hicks Lodge to ‘Feel Good in the Forest’ with Forestry England. The day will consist of free taster sessions from 10am-4pm, a great opportunity to try something new, connect with nature and explore what’s going on in your local forests and woodlands.
You can Feel Good in the Forest by trying free taster sessions listed below. The day will also include children’s activities and stallholders with information about local activities and support available from the wider health and wellbeing community.
The event aims to increase your activity, boost resilience, find restoration and connection with nature, feel more empowered and included. By enjoying a range of activities in nature, including the Forestry England self-led wellbeing trail, you can Feel Good in the Forest at Hicks Lodge!
