Family Fun Day with special appearances from the Gruffalo

Does your child love the tale of the Gruffalo? If the answer is yes, then join us for two days of family fun on Friday 26 July and Saturday 27 July (10am-4pm).

See the Gruffalo himself at intervals throughout the day and join in our celebrations of 25 years of this popular story.

Put on your decorative headband* and hit the party trail, get active with our Olympics inspired spotter activity, or try and win yourself a year of Salcey Forest membership in our colouring tent! With extra special activities** provided on the days, come along for a fun-filled summer day out and help celebrate this special milestone of the story.

Gruffalo appearances will take place throughout the day*** at 11am, 12noon, 1.40pm, 3.15pm.  

*Headbands are part of the Gruffalo Party trail activity pack which are purchased as part of the activity trail and cost £4.

**Not all activities may be available both days.

***Meet and greets with the Gruffalo are managed via queuing on a first come first served basis. We anticipate there to be a high demand.
