WALX is a national walking club. Teaching how to walk effectively by harnessing the power of good posture, core muscles and the perfect stride. Experience how pace and steep terrain can be empowering. 

 

Join in on monthly Total Body WALX session which provides the opportunity to feel how powerful walking based exercises can be. You will be introduced to other ways to improve balance and flexibility to boost strength, help with weight loss and make walking work for you.

Or join in on weekly Community WALX which is a 2k to 3k gental WALX that incorporates balance work, flexibility and strength exercises and maybe a bit of yoga too. This is a fun and relaxed walk for all levels, to get into the habit of walking well.
