Activity timetable for Feel Good activities at Guisborough Forest

Guisborough Forest offers a range of activities as part of our Feel Good in the Forest project. These activities are free to take part in and include optional time at the end for refreshments and socialising. You can self-refer to the project or be referred by a support organisation or worker.

You must book your space and register in advance to take part.

Walking photography

Dates and times

11 November, 11am-1pm

Activity details

These sessions are designed to help you improve your photography skills with a camera or smart phone. They are in a safe, supportive and friendly environment and include time to share and socialise after each session. After the three sessions your work will be displayed in a small exhibition in the visitor centre for you to bring your friends and family along to see.

Nature journaling

These nature journaling workshops are perfect for beginners and all abilities. They will help you explore your creative side and deepen your experience with nature.

Introduction to Archaeology

Dates and times

The 6-week course is running from 24 September. Sessions run from 10am-2pm

Activity details

Matt will lead you through the Forest's and surrounding areas heritage and a beginner's guide to Archaeology. Throughout the sessions you will explore and create a detailed picture of life in the Forest whilst fostering new social connections.
