Toilets

We have 3 toilets of which one is accessible, located at the end of the cafe building. The toilet door is 970mm wide and is a manual door, no key needed. 

We do not have a Changing Places Facility.

Arriving at the forest

We have one car park for visitors to Haughmond Hill, there are two bollards on entering 1.5 metres apart.

There are no public transport links to Haughmond Hill.

Car park

We have six accessible parking bays, three are located next to the pay and display machines and the other three are at the far end near the cafe. There is a hardcore road surface with level access.  A slight sloped path reaches the cafe.

We have pay and display by card only machines, you can also pay using a mobile with the RinGGo app

The cafe

The cafe has outside seating only, music is not played. We do not have a hearing loop.

Getting out in the forest

There are no mobility equipment hire options at Haughmond Hill. 

Our easy access trail, designed with flat wide paths and suitable for wheelchairs is the Corbett easy access trail. The trail starts at the left of the cafe building.

Seating and shelter

There are plenty of benches to take a rest on your visit to Haughmond Hill. Accessible seating is located in a green space at the end of car park closet to the exit. At the cafe there is a sheltered seating area.
