Pedal and Play at Hicks Lodge

COMING SOON: Pedal and Play

We will soon be opening a new mountain bike play trail at Hicks Lodge (scheduled to be open at the end of the year) which will help to build off-road cycling skills for those relatively new to mountain biking and give them the confidence to progress to the blue-graded Shellbrook Trail. It will also include exciting cycle-themed play opportunities.

We have been working hard to make Pedal and Play as accessible and inclusive as possible including trail width suitable for adapted cycles, play features that enable children with different needs to play alongside each other regardless of need (with accessible surfacing around these features) and accessible seating.
