Paul has held HR Director and Operational roles over the last 30 years in Aerospace, Defence and the Nuclear Industries as well as being an HR Interim consultant. Paul has experience in delivering major HR Business projects, including Pension reforms and Organisational Design and HR Business Systems implementations. Paul has a Law Degree and holds a Master’s Degree in Organisational & Management Development from Bristol University. He is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (MICPD) and has day to day oversight of all HR Team Operations and HR services for both Forest Services and Forestry England staff.
