parkrun at Wendover Woods

Parkrun organise free, weekly, 5km timed runs. 

These events take place in pleasant forest surroundings and people of every ability are encouraged to take part. From those taking their first steps in running to Olympians; from juniors to those with more experience; everyone is welcome
The course takes you past 3 beautiful viewpoints, keep your eyes open for red kites soaring through the Norwegian spruce. 

Parkrun safety rules require that dog owners taking part in Parkrun (one dog per owner) must use a short hand-held lead. Neither extendable leads nor canicross harnesses are permitted whilst taking part in Parkrun.

Be aware the Parkrun running route is part of the horse riding trail and therefore shared with horse riders.
