Pre-booking is strongly advised to guarantee your entry over these key periods:

What would you like to do today?

Pre-book your arrival timeslot up to 7-14 days in advance (tickets released each Tuesday at midday). Pre-booked admission tickets will be valid for entry between 9:00am and 4:30pm on the day of your visit.

We have launched a new and improved ticketing system. For your first booking only, you’ll need to create a new customer account.

Purchase your Friends of Westonbirt Arboretum membership before booking your visit and you will receive an instant email confirmation to book your free time slot. We are unable to reimburse admission tickets when signing up for membership on arrival. Please visit The Friends’ FAQ page to find out more.

Timeslots

Timeslots apply only in peak autumn. Arrive within your 20-minute slot and stay as long as you like until 5:00pm closure.

Present your ticket or purchase one upon arrival. Members and reciprocal garden visitors must also show a valid membership card.

Mobility Scooter Hire

Book scooter in advance online or over the phone, equipment can't be booked on the day of visit. Scooters to be returned by 3:30pm. Must be 16 or over to operate a scooter.

Dogs

Dogs are welcome on leads on The Downs and off-lead in Silk Wood if well-behaved, in sight, and responsive. Not allowed in the Old Arboretum or at events.
