The start is clearly signposted and can be found next to the visitor centre playground, through the metal archway. Pick up your pack from our information pod.

Accessibility
The trail surface is mostly paved forest roads with slight undulating hills and a short unpaved section of footpath in the middle, that may be difficult for prams and wheelchairs when conditions are excessively wet and muddy.
