Pilates at Wyre Forest

Pilates at Wyre Forest

Join Core Pilates Worcestershire for weekly pilates at Wyre Forest.

The classes take place twice a week:

  • Tuesdays: 1pm - 2pm
  • Fridays: 9:30am - 10:30am

Pilates is a mat-based exercise form which focuses on strengthening the deep core (abdominal) muscles through a series of mindful, flowing movements. The core muscles play a crucial role in supporting the spine, keeping the centre of the body strong and stable. Many use Pilates as a way of managing long term health conditions such as low back pain, arthritis or anxiety and stress.

Core Pilates Worcestershire classes are run by Natalie, a fully-certified Pilates instructor. Natalie has trained with the the APPI, a world-leading Physiotherapy and Pilates teaching school.

Core Pilates Worcestershire classes are friendly, non-competitive and small in size. Keeping class sizes small ensures that Natalie can give each participant the attention they require.

Her advanced Pilates training and Physiotherapy background offer Natalie a deeper understanding of individual client needs, enabling her to modify and progress exercises in class to keep everyone working at a comfortable level for them.
