Events at Delamere Forest
- Registration near the Visitor Centre
Taking place at Delamere Forest, Frodsham on Sunday 15th September, participants can collect their race pack including their race number and timing chip at the registration tent on the day. Registration will open at 8.30am. Following that, there will be a collective warm-up session for the entire group before you head to the starting line.
You must be 16 or older for the 10-miler. Those 15 and over can take on the 10k and 14 or over to sign up for the 5k. The mini-miler is open to ages 3 or over, or running buggies.
Runners will navigate the challenging landscape of this beautiful forest, encountering a mix of extended downhill stretches and straightaways. The course encourages a varied running style, propelling you towards the ultimate goal—the finish line.

• 10k: 9.45am
• 5k: 10.00am
• Mini-miler: 10.05am
